Effort is work done against the work a block should take. 100% means exactly one block's worth has been done without finding one. Above 100% is ordinary — mining is memoryless, so a high number does not mean a block is due.
Whoever solves the block takes 98% of it, straight to their own address. This is a solo pool: there is no share of anyone else's block, so they cannot be paid twice. Both figures update as the round goes on.
Derived from your accepted shares: the work submitted in each bucket, converted to hashes per second. Short bars are normal — finding shares is random, so a single bucket swings either side of your real rate. The trend over a few buckets is the honest number.

Hashrate is summed across every connection a worker holds, so a rented rig fanned out over several sockets shows as one worker at its full rate.

Bits is the compressed target from the block header your miner is hashing
against; the value after it is that target expanded in full. A share wins the block when its hash
is below that number. Merkle branches are the hashes sent in mining.notify so
your miner can rebuild the block’s merkle root from its own coinbase — it never has to trust
ours.
Either it has never mined here, or the address was mistyped. Check it is a
BCH2 address (bitcoincashii:…) that you control the keys to — not a BCH address and not an
exchange deposit address. Once your miner submits its first share the page will populate within a minute.
